How does pricing work?
The SunSpot 2 is $4,220 list (excl. tax & shipping), shown right on the product page. Volume and OEM tiers are quoted, send a quote request with your quantities and we respond within one business day.
Which part number should I order?
UV1853 if your mains is 100–120 VAC; UV2132 for 200–240 VAC. The unit is factory-configured for one input, so confirm your supply voltage before ordering.

What warranty comes with it?
A 2-year OEM warranty: Uvitron warrants its products against defective material and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of shipment.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for two years from shipment. Warranted units are repaired at the factory or replaced at no charge.
What voids the warranty?
Misuse, accident, improper installation, improper application or improper operation, and repairs or alterations by anyone other than a factory-authorized representative. Broken tamper-proof seals also void it.
How does a warranty repair work?
Units are repaired at the factory or replaced at no charge throughout the warranty period. If a unit is returned for an approved repair, the warranty is extended by the time required to complete the repair or replacement.
Can it be repaired after warranty ends?
Yes, out-of-warranty repairs carry a fee depending on the degree of repair needed. Consult the factory for details, and note that all repair work is itself warranted for one year.
Is repair work guaranteed?
Yes, Uvitron warrants all repair work for one year from the date of repair. That service warranty applies only to the specific repair the unit was returned for.
How do I return a unit for service?
Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first, call the factory service department, then ship the unit in its original packaging. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Who pays repair shipping?
You ship to the factory at your expense; the repaired unit comes back to you at no charge by normal shipping. Freight-collect shipments are not accepted, and damage from inadequate packaging is the sender's risk, use the original carton.
What is the return policy?
Unused systems can be returned within 30 days. Keep the original packaging, and contact us before shipping anything back.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, tiered pricing is available on multi-unit and OEM orders. Mention quantities on your quote request and we will price accordingly.
How do I order a replacement lamp?
Order UV1866 (UVA-enhanced), UV2170 (UVB-enhanced) or UV4792 (visible-enhanced), all 200 W short-arc modules. Request one through a quote or see our replacement lamps page.
How do I order a new light guide?
Choose from single-pole liquid or fiber guides (5 mm or 8 mm, 1–3 m) and 2-, 3- or 4-pole versions, the standard guide is the UV0570 1 m × 5 mm liquid type. See the light guides page or add one to your quote.
Can I buy spare fuses?
Yes, order UV2136, the time-lag 6.3 A, 250 VAC, 5.2 × 20 mm glass AC input fuse.
Are replacement fan filters available?
Yes, UV2304 replacement fan filter elements cover the inlet and outlet fans and use 45 PPI foam.
Is there a cable for PLC hookup?

Does anything need assembly on arrival?
Very little, the lamp module and heat filter arrive factory-installed. Just connect the foot pedal, power cord and light guide, and you are ready to warm up and cure.
On arrival, inspect the carton for damage, check the contents against the parts list, and save all packaging in case the unit ever needs to be returned.
