Overview
The SkyBeam is a four-channel UV LED spot curing controller that drives up to four independent light guides at 365, 385, 395 or 405 nm, each channel with its own timer and life log. Peak irradiance reaches 11,000 mW/cm² at the guide tip, curing photo-initiated adhesives in seconds with instant on/off and no warm-up.
Solid-state LEDs mean 20,000-hour typical life, cool operation, and repeatable dose, output is adjustable 10–100% and current-regulated to ±1% for validated, part-to-part consistency. A wide-range 90–264 VAC power-factor-corrected supply runs it anywhere in the world.
Built for automation: front-panel, foot-switch, or RS-232 control, signal ports and a safety interlock, plus a security key-lock. A convection-cooled controller with fan- or convection-cooled guides keeps it quiet and clean on the production line.

Which wavelength should I choose?
Match the LED to your adhesive's spec: 365 nm for deep or through-cure and older chemistries, 385/395/405 nm for most modern UV adhesives. Your datasheet lists the wavelength it needs.
How many channels do I need?
SkyBeam drives up to four independent light guides, each with its own timer and life log. Order 1–4 guides now and add more later as your line grows.
Can it run on an automated line?
Yes. Control via front panel, foot switch, or RS-232, with signal ports and a safety interlock for full production-line integration.
Do the LEDs need warm-up?
No, solid-state LEDs are instant on/off with no warm-up or cool-down, and last 20,000 hours typical. Full irradiance the moment you trigger.
How do I set wavelength, light guide, and exposure?
Your adhesive datasheet specifies the wavelength and dose; pick the matching LED head, size the light guide to your spot, and set the per-channel timer to reach that dose. Ask our team on a quote request if you'd like a hand.
