Integrating UV Spot Curing into an Automated Line

Manual triggering doesn’t scale. Once cure is a fixtured station on a line, you want the machine to fire on a signal, hold an exact programmed dose every cycle, and respect the cell’s interlocks. That means choosing a system built for external control and wiring it to your PLC.

Step by Step
