Step by Step

  1. 1 Qualify the adhesive and dose. Confirm the medical adhesive is biocompatible for the application and record its required wavelength and dose. This is the validated recipe.
  2. 2 Fixture the small parts. Hold the tip or hub in a fixture so registration is repeatable part-to-part, freehand is not repeatable at these tolerances.
