Curing Norland NOA 65 With a UV Spot System

Which Systems Cover It
All three systems output the 350–380 nm this adhesive needs, so choose by how you cure, not by wavelength:
Norland NOA 65's datasheet gives a target dose of about 4500 mJ/cm². Measure the intensity your system delivers at the working distance with a radiometer, and this gives the exposure time for that dose, since dose = intensity × time.
Estimate only. Cure also depends on film thickness, geometry, substrate, and inhibition, so qualify the result on your own parts.
