Curing Permabond UV632 With a UV Spot System
Permabond UV632 is a long-wavelength methacrylate-ester UV adhesive. Its manufacturer's datasheet cures it at 365–420 nm. Here is which Uvitron UV spot systems cover that wavelength, how to choose between them, and what to confirm before you run production.

Which Systems Cover It
Worth Knowing: Its long-wavelength photoinitiator absorbs up to 420 nm, so SkyBeam or SkyWand at 405 nm reach it as well as 365 nm sources.
All three systems output the 365–420 nm this adhesive needs, so choose by how you cure, not by wavelength:
Read This Before You Rely on It. These are the manufacturer's published specifications, not our own test results. Whether a cure fully succeeds also depends on your film thickness, joint geometry, substrate, and lamp distance, so always validate the cure on your own parts and process, and confirm the numbers against the manufacturer's current datasheet.
